On Christmas Day, I experienced an unimaginable loss—my beloved service dog, Sigmund, passed away suddenly from bloat. Sigmund was more than just a dog; he was my partner, protector, and lifeline. For years, he provided me with the support I needed to navigate daily life, offering both practical assistance and deep emotional comfort. Losing him has been devastating, and adjusting to life without him has been incredibly difficult.
My new service dog in trianing, Edward, is now 16 months old and I am fundraising for the cost of his stomach tacking surgery to prevent what happened to Sigmund ($1,294.56) and the rest of his training (he has about 6-8 months left till he graduates from Faithfully K9 Service Dogs).
100% of your fee to attend this speed puzzling event will go towards my journey toward healing and rebuilding my support system.
The total cost is $60 for both you and your partner to participate in this event. The puzzle is a 500 piece Ravensburger puzzle and you will have 2 hours to complete it. There are prizes for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd winners as well as a chance to purchase some candles I have made to help support my service dog.
